Support

ACK view customers as long term partners and we consider the integration, roll out and on going support to be a team effort involving project management, development, pre/post installation support and on going maintenance.

Project Management

For some customers entry into the world of integrated EFT can be daunting prospect so from the start of integration work right through to ‘go live’ ACK are with you every step of the way. ACK have developed a very close relationship with many elements of the UK card handling industry and our project managers can smooth the path ensuring that project timescales stay within target and all elements are considered. We have produced a simple to follow 10 Step Guide outlining the work involved from start of integration to live installation.

Technical Support

As a technically driven organisation we have many years experience within ACK dedicated to EFT. Our support team is made up of a blend of experience from all elements of successful card accepatnce. We put a great deal of emphasis on helping our customers get the first installation right and in providing hands on training. Our experience has shown us that this approach ensures roll out timescales can be met and ongoing support is kept to a minimum. We never lose sight of the fact that card processing is often the life blood of retail and treat all support calls with an appropriate level of urgency, constantly exceeding our service level agreement.

Upgrades and Enhancements

As part of our commitment to ensure ACK solutions remain highly robust, giving our customers confidence in the acceptance of card handling our code is under constant scrutiny. Code releases are kept to a minimum and upgrades are only recommended when significant advantage is offered in doing so. However all contracted customers have access to the latest versions of their code at any time. Our customers are also encouraged to feed back to us their experiences in using ACK products thereby ensuring the vast pool of experience gain by our customers is shared amongst the community.

Networking

Clearly credit card authorisation and submission is dependant on the data communications architecture. One of the strengths of ACK is a thorough understanding of just how all the elements can be linked together.
